Impulse Buying - Business Studies

In bushiness we have been learning about impulse buying. I made a brochure of everything about impulse buying. The information wasn't hard to get because we learned about beforehand. Do you impulse buy? If so how many times a week. The source I used was the information that we learnt.

Business - Market Day

Strengths:
We prepared the churros the day before. Making the churros the day before helped a lot because it cut down the cooking time for a lot less. It also turned out well because it was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Also we sold out all our churros and got lots of compliments on them as well.

Weaknesses:
A weakness we had was that we didn't have a poster to put on our table. We also did really bad on our time management because we had to wait a long time for the churros to be done. Also that we had to make the bags smaller which took a long time and also covering the churros with cinnamon and sugar. Also after we were done we had to quickly go to our table and put our product on there. We lost a lot of costumers because there were no churros ready to go. Lastly people didn't know where our table was going to be so they didn't buy it.

Business

In business we are making churros and our brand name is Nan's churro. The people in my group are Johanna and Trisha. We came up with our brand name from Genica's and Trisha's last name and Johanna get called grandma sometimes.  Our company is a asian owned company as well as bringing the Mexican tradition in these churro. We are working together because we get our work done on time. We wanted to make churros because it's a trending food that people would want to buy. We also decided to get a dip which we chose was chocolate and caramel.

Business

Who is in your group for a business:
For business I am planning to work with Trisha and Johanna. We work well together because we always get our work done on time.

Building activity:
I think Trisha and I worked really well together because of how we communicated and listened to each others ideas. Some of our ideas didn't work out but in the end we put paper inside and it all worked well.
