Last weeks practical was when we did savoury cases. I working with three other people Lauren, Andre and Caleb. We were working together really well because two people would do the same thing and the others would do something else. But maybe next we could also worked together two people would wash and dry the dishes and the other two would clean the table again and put away the dry dishes because someone would just stand there doing nothing when you should be doing something.
Before you do anything in a practical you need to wash your hands and the table. We assigned each other to do different tasks. After you would read the instructions and get your utensils and the food you need. Keep the foods like chicken and vegetables on a different cutting board. When you finish cooking again should clean table, clean dishes and put away clean and dry dishes.
Cooking this year is a lot different from last year because every time we were at the cooking place we would always cook something. This year is different because there's one day practical which is when we cook and one day where we research what we would do for the next practical.
